Walter Wood, Jr.

Senior Pastor

Walter grew up in Alabama, served on the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ, and worked at Perimeter Church in Atlanta. He came to Cincinnati in 1994 with a vision to plant a church that would make a difference in the community through biblical worship, discipleship, and outreach. Walter received his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS. Walter and his wife Becky have two grown children, Walter III and Elisabeth.

Marc Champagne

Associate Pastor, Church Planting

Marc grew up in Ogden, Utah. He became a Christian during his teen years at Ramstein Military Base in Germany, and has had a heart for cross-cultural ministry ever since. Marc taught English as a Second Language in Budapest, Hungary, worked at Teen Challenge in Cincinnati, then came on staff at NCCC in 2001 after earning his Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary. Marc and his wife Jill have four children: Noelle, Micah, Sophia, and Noah.

Michael Craddock

Assistant Pastor, Director of Children & Student Ministries

Michael grew up in Lexington, Kentucky. He developed a passion for ministry through his involvement in Campus Outreach while studying art at Georgetown College. Through his work with other students on campus, Michael was convinced of a calling to work in the local church. After getting married in 2006, this led he and his wife Rachel to move to Saint Louis where he earned an Master of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary. Michael joined our staff in June 2009. He and Rachel have two boys, Ezra James and Asher.

Chad Grindstaff

Church Planting Intern

Chad grew up in Indiana, went to Ball State University, and then served six years with Campus Crusade for Christ at Illinois and overseas. His heart is for people to come to see that the only hope one has is through the grace of Christ proclaimed in the gospel. He received his Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte, NC. He served 4½ years in Gainesville, Florida before coming to Cincinnati to plant a new church. He and his wife Erin have three kids: Reed, Meredith, and Anna Kate.
